These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member") and turbo6d ("the Platform"). Please read them carefully before registering or accessing any turbo6d service. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context requires otherwise:
turbo6d Gaming Services are strictly restricted to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. turbo6d will verify your age through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any Member found to have provided false age information will have their account permanently suspended and all balances forfeited.
It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using turbo6d services is lawful in their jurisdiction. turbo6d makes no representation that its services are legal in all jurisdictions. The Platform accepts no liability for any Member who accesses services from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
Each natural person may hold only one turbo6d account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
Members must provide complete, accurate, and current information at the time of registration, including full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. turbo6d reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any registration details at any time.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including username and password. turbo6d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on all accounts. The Platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Member has failed to maintain reasonable security measures.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at turbo6d's discretion in relation to any account activity, Members must complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued identity document (MyKad or passport) and, where required, proof of residential address. turbo6d reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion.
Members must promptly notify turbo6d support of any change to their registered contact details, including email address and mobile number. turbo6d accepts no liability for communications sent to outdated contact details provided by the Member.
turbo6d currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating institutions). All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). turbo6d does not impose transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed within the Member's account dashboard at the time of transaction. turbo6d reserves the right to modify these limits with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests submitted by fully verified Members are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes for e-wallet channels and within one (1) to three (3) hours for FPX banking transfers, subject to standard processing windows. turbo6d reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time. No withdrawal shall be processed to a payment method not previously used for deposit without additional verification.
turbo6d complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations under its international gaming licence. The Platform reserves the right to investigate, delay, or decline any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime. turbo6d may report such transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.
All bets and gaming sessions on turbo6d are final once confirmed. Members accept that game outcomes for RNG-based products are determined by certified random number generation systems and that turbo6d has no ability to influence or manipulate individual game outcomes. Live casino game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of professional dealers and are subject to the rules of each respective game as displayed in the game interface.
Sportsbook bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. turbo6d reserves the right to void bets placed on events that have been subject to irregular betting patterns, technical errors in odds, or events that have been officially cancelled or declared void by the relevant governing body. Settlement of all bets will follow the official result as declared by the relevant sporting authority.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a gaming session, turbo6d will investigate the incident and, where possible, restore the Member's account to the position immediately prior to the malfunction. If restoration is not technically possible, turbo6d may, in its sole discretion, credit a reasonable equivalent value to the Member's account.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by turbo6d are subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict exists between the general terms set out here and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus balances must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Contributions from different game categories towards wagering requirements may vary — slot games typically contribute 100% while certain table games and live casino products may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
turbo6d actively monitors for patterns of behaviour indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and hedging strategies across casino and sportsbook verticals. turbo6d reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified, and to permanently exclude Members from future promotional eligibility.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the turbo6d platform. Breach of any of these provisions constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
All content, software, trademarks, logos, images, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on turbo6d are the exclusive property of turbo6d or its licensors. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of turbo6d.
turbo6d collects, stores, and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at turbo6d.net/privacy-policy. By registering, Members consent to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. turbo6d does not sell Member personal data to third parties outside of regulatory reporting obligations imposed by its gaming licence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, turbo6d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from a Member's use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational damage. turbo6d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member during the twelve (12) month period preceding the relevant claim.
turbo6d does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, and events beyond turbo6d's reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability. turbo6d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime wherever practicable.
turbo6d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, or regulatory non-compliance. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, turbo6d will communicate the reason for suspension to the Member within a reasonable timeframe.
Members may request account closure at any time by contacting turbo6d support. Prior to closure, turbo6d will process any withdrawal of the Real Money Balance following standard KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Balances are forfeited upon account closure.
Members who wish to self-exclude due to problem gambling concerns may activate the self-exclusion feature from their Account Settings dashboard. Self-exclusion periods are a minimum of six (6) months and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. turbo6d treats self-exclusion requests with the highest priority and will action them immediately.
turbo6d is committed to maintaining a safe gaming environment. The Platform provides deposit limits, session time controls, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to support Members in maintaining control over their gaming activity. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under turbo6d's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from or connected to these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through turbo6d's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies as specified in the licensing framework. turbo6d's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
turbo6d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication at turbo6d.net/terms-conditions. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email address. Continued use of turbo6d services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. It is the Member's responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
Every clause in these Terms & Conditions reflects turbo6d's operational commitments to Malaysian players.
